At Snake Hawk Studio, we strive to create jewelry that will be loved and worn for generations. To ensure that you will be happy with your purchase, we ask that you read the entire product description and verify correct sizing before purchase, as we cannot guarantee that return requests will be granted.

Currently, returns will be considered on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via email at SnakeHawkStudio@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition - unworn & free of any damages. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and Snake Hawk Studio will not be liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

All orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail within 3-5 business days of purchase. Insurance up to the dollar amount of each order will be included as well in the event that anything happens to your order in transit. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped. If you would like to expedite shipping or add signature confirmation, please send an email to SnakeHawkStudio@gmail.com prior to placing your order so that shipping rates can be adjusted. If you have any special shipping requests that do not involve cost adjustments (discreet packaging, inclusion of a gift note, etc.) please send an email after purchase with your order number and details of the request.

To ensure that your jewelry will fit correctly, it is incredibly important that you know your correct size before purchasing. If you need help figuring out your size, there are several ways to go about this.

The most accurate and cheapest way to determine your ring size is to find a local jewelry shop near you and have them size your fingers. Most jewelers will provide this service free of charge, as well as many department stores that have jewelry sections, such as Macy's. 

If you are unable to find a jeweler in your area, the next best option will be to order a ring sizer online. Ring sizers can be purchased on various websites for just a few dollars and they are very effective in providing an accurate size. If you have any questions about what type of ring sizer to order, do not hesitate to reach out for suggestions. 

Bracelet sizes are much less precise than ring sizes and have a lot more to do with how you would like them to fit on your wrist. All of our bracelets will include the measurement of the inside circumference as well as the size of the opening. A good method for figuring out how a certain bracelet size will fit your wrist is to measure the circumference of your wrist using string or a soft tape measure. You will want the inside circumference of the bracelet plus the opening size to equal at least this wrist measurement or more depending on how you would like it to fit. For example, someone with a 6" wrist might prefer to wear a 5.5" cuff with a 1" opening so that it has some room to move around the wrist.

All Snake Hawk Studio jewelry is made with precious metals, primarily .925 sterling silver. Sterling silver is a metal alloy containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, such as copper. These other metals in sterling silver will react to different chemicals in the environment causing the silver to tarnish over time. This is a normal occurrence for all sterling silver products and provides a natural "antique" patina, however there are ways to prevent tarnish if you are not a fan of this look. To slow the formation of tarnish on your jewelry, practice the following measures:

• Store jewelry in an airtight container and out of direct sunlight when not being worn
• Remove jewelry before doing any exercise or intense physical activity
• Remove jewelry when washing hands, applying lotion/perfume, working with any cleaning chemicals, showering, & during any other activity that would expose the silver to other substances
• Purchase a polishing cloth to keep with your jewelry and rub your pieces with it each time you remove them for the night

Please note that even when following all of these precautions, tarnish will still not be 100% preventable. If you would like to return your piece to its original shine, please send us an email. We are happy to re-polish any original Snake Hawk Studio pieces free of charge, and any other pieces not made by us for a small fee. 

In the rare occurrence that a Snake Hawk Studio piece incurs any damages, please send us an email and we will do our best to bring it back to life. If the damages are deemed to be at fault of the buyer, a fee may be charged for the repair work. We do not currently offer repairs or stone replacements for jewelry that was not purchased from Snake Hawk Studio. 

We do not offer resizing for any jewelry. To avoid any issues with this, please make absolute sure that the size you are ordering will work for you.
